Flocon Industries Wash Down/ Spray Gun is a high-pressure, hygienic, in-line device engineered for general industrial use. It provides a uniform and consistently repeatable spray pressure pattern, ensuring optimal performance in demanding cleaning applications. The Sashdown / Spray Gun comprises a precision-engineered cast body, spring-loaded spindle, high-velocity nozzle, and a spindle seal ring. The assembly is completed through threaded joints, ensuring robustness and serviceability. Protective covers for Hot water application are provided for both the valve body and handle. Additionally, the gun is also available with Tri-clover & Hose Nipple attachments. The Spray Gun functions on a spring-loaded spindle mechanism where actuation of the hand lever pushes the spring-loaded spindle to discharge water; releasing it lets the spring reset and stop the flow.

Industrial wash down / spray guns are used for cleaning, sanitising, and rinsing of process equipment and surfaces. This is done with pressurised water or cleaning agents to remove residues and maintain sanitation standards in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, water treatment, biotechnology, chemical processing, and manufacturing. The spray gun is also used for chemical application and process spraying for certain operations.
